Bar & Bistro Manager
A people person who is organised and has the ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel bar and functions bars as required. Hotel experience essential. Good management experience required for the role. Person is responsible for all aspects of the bars and the bistro within the hotel.

Commis Chef
Hotel experience an advantage. Person with a high standard of cleaniness and ability to work under pressure and within a team enviroment required.

Part-time Kitchen Porter
Person required for manual work in maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen. This role includes the cleaning of the kitchen and equipment aswell as utensils and delph to HACCP and hotel standards.

Part-time Bar Staff
This role includes service of food and drink in the Blazer’s Bar as well as the hotels functions bar. A high level of customer service is required and the person should be motivated and have the abaility to work under pressure.
