Bar & Bistro Manager
People Person with organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in the managing of the hotel’s Blazers Bar & Bistro aswell as functions bars. Stock management and hotel experience essential. Previous F&B management role essential for this role.
Chef De Partie
Must have ability to work on own initiative and good organization skills. Be flexible to moving between stations in the kitchens in the hotel.
Commis Pastry Chef
Commis Chef with pastry experience required for fast paced high volume kitchen. The ideal candidate must be creative, skilled and have good attention to detail and be willing to learn.
Junior Duty Manager
Organised People person required for a busy operation. Good customer care skills. Knowledge of Conference & banqueting preferable.
Casual bar staff required. Bar service includes the service of food and beverages. Previous 4* Hotel experience an advantage. Good knowledge of wines & beverages.
Part time Leisure Club Attendant
Qualified Life guard required. Must have experience in aqua aerobics, fitness testing, be customer focused and have the ability to teach classes. Assistant Swim Instructor
Part-time Accommodation Assistant
High level of attention to detail required to maintain the high standard of bedroom and bathroom hygiene.
