FUN ACTIVITIES GALWAY

PUZZLE TRAIL OF GALWAY CITY

The group are met by a Town Crier and divided into teams for a Fun Puzzle Trail of the historic streets, well known sites and pubs of Galway City. Each team receives a survival pack which includes, team baseball caps, a map of Galway city, clues, tasks to complete and fun prizes.

THE CORRIB PRINCESS

The Corrib Princess departs from Woodquay in the heart of Galway city for a cruise along the River and Lough Corrib. This modern boat has comfortable indoor table seating as well as outdoor seating on the top deck. There is a full bar on board. The boat can also be hired for private charters and is the perfect venue for a BBQ and/or entertainment.

Cost: 13 euro per person on a schedule sailing or 600 euro for a Private Charter.

CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING

Clay pigeon shooting is a thrilling experience, demanding calm concentration, a keen eye and quick reactions. An experienced instructor will teach the special skills required to break the flying clays before starting a competition between participants.

LASER COMBAT

In Laser Combat games participants use high tech laser guns in a forest area to compete with the opposition for valuable points. For those of you who love games of strategy and stealth you will be in your element here as you try and capture members of the opposing teams.

SAILING ON GALWAY BAY

Enjoy sailing on this wonderful yacht out of Galway Harbour to the many beautiful harbours, islands and historical places of interest around Co. Clare and the world famous Connemara. Your skipper will plan the route with you so that you can experience this enjoyable and unique adventure.

COOKERY DEMONSTRATION

The cookery demonstration will take place in the beautiful 16th century Ross Castle. Sit back and relax as our expert chef will demonstrate some modern dishes with the emphasis on entertaining. She will encourage you to join in as she cooks an appetising lunch. After the demonstration the group will sit down and enjoy the fruits of their labour.

GAME SHOW

This show consists of a variety of popular fun games including giant jenga, connect four and beat the buzzer. The group will also participate in a quiz and a variety of ‘TV Show’ type games eg. ‘Name That Tune’.

MINI CASINO NIGHT

Enjoy a ‘Fun Casino’ with real full-sized blackjack and roulette tables, each run by fully trained croupiers/dealers. The function of the croupier is not only to manage the games, but also to join in the evening’s fun with the players, thereby ensuring that everyone has a good time.

MURDER MYSTERY

Prepare for an evening of interactive entertainment with characters brought to life by our talented actors who act out a scenario. The scenario revolves around unusual characters, murder, mystery and mayhem.
