Q: Is there parking available at the Hotel?
A: Yes. There is plenty of free on-site parking available for guests to use. We have outdoor parking as well as covered parking located around the back of the hotel.
Q: Do you have electric car charging points?
A: Yes. We have 2 charging poits available in our covered parking area. More information on using the charging points are available on the EasyGo App.
Q: What procedures are in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19 at The Ardilaun Hotel?
A: We are delighted to be accredited with Failte Ireland Covid-19 Safety Charter. Caring for our guests and employees is always priority. We are committed to the highest level of safety around this issue. While we consistently maintain high standards of hygiene in our property, we have implemented additional measures in response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19). These measures are in place to mitigate any potential risks and follow the recommended guidelines from the HSE and the WHO and are under ongoing review.

Q: Do I need to wear a mask?
A: It is no longer mandatory to wear a mask and is entirely up to personal preference.

A: Our check in time is from 4:00 PM and check out time is at 12:00 PM
Q: Can I request early check-in?
A: Yes, early check-in can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that early access to a bedroom is subject to availability. We recommend to add a pre-night to guarantee early room access.

A: Late check-out can be booked at a charge by emailing email@example.com, subject to availability.

A: The Ardilaun Hotel offers 123 luxury bedrooms. Ranging from Classic, Superior, Deluxe, Family Rooms & Luxury Suites. All bedrooms are ensuite and come with standard amenities.

A: All rooms are equipped with the modern essentials, including Free Wifi, Tea & Coffee making facilities, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV and en suite bath room to ensure that you enjoy your stay.

Q: Is the hotel air-conditioned?
A: Yes, all public areas are air-conditioned. However our Standard Rooms do not have A/C. If you require an airconditioned bedroom for your stay, you can upgrade your stay by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or calling our reservations team on 091-521433
Q: What choice of bedrooms are available for families?
A: We have a choice of Double/Single, Standard Family, Superior Family, Family Suites and interconnecting rooms available for small or bigger families.

Q: Do you supply baby cots and extra beds?
A: A baby cot can be supplied complimentary in any of our bedrooms. We can supply an extra bed in certain room types if required. Please contact email@example.com to add a baby cot or extra bed to your booking.
Q: Do you have any specially adapted bedrooms?
A: Yes, we have 3 specially adapted, wheelchair accessible bedrooms available. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request this room type for your upcoming booking or to make a new reservation.
Q: Are pets permitted to stay at The Ardilaun Hotel?
A: We have 4 Pet freindly rooms availble at The Ardilaun Hotel. Please visit our Pet Friendly Page for more information about these bedrooms. Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are welcomed on the premises while assisting their owner.
Q: Your hotel has availabilty online, can I book any room and request to bring my pets?
A: No, as we only have Four Pet friendly rooms in the Hotel, they are not availble to book online.
Q: How can I make a booking?
Q: What information is required to make a booking?
A: We require your contact information as well as a credit card number to secure the booking.
Q: What is your cancellation policy
A: All flexible rates have a cancellation policy of 48 hours (12:00 GMT prior to the arrival date booked).
Q: What happens in case of non-arrival?
A: If you do not show on the day of your booking, you will be charged the full amount for the first night’s stay.
Q: Is the hotel open over the Christmas period?
A: The hotel closes it's door after check out on the 23rd December and reopens for check in on the 27th December. There is always somone to answer calls from 9am to 5pm daily if needed.

A: Yes, our guests have access to our Leisure Club which has a Pool, Gym, Sauna & Steam Room & Jacuzzi.
