The Ardilaun’s kitchen team led by Ultan Cooke, the newly appointed award winning Executive Head Chef at The Ardilaun has compiled a variety of mouth-watering BBQ menu options to choose from, with popular menu items such as minute and fillet steaks, 6oz pork shish kebabs, grilled beef burgers, vegetable and homomi kebabs along with salmon, chorizo and pepper kebabs with dill and lemon among a few.
Drinks receptions offered include some sunshine inspired cocktails, homemade mojito slushies and Ardilaun lemon and elderflower crush, complementing some tempting Summer desserts all available below
