Please read carefully before booking:

1. Above rate requires full payment for your hotel booking and that you acknowledge that the payment amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Your booking will be fully confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit. Until the deposit is received, the reservation is not guaranteed. 
3. The amount of the non-refundable payment will be equivalent to the full value of the booking. This amount will be charged to the card used to make the booking any time after the reservation has been received by the hotel.
4. As the payment is non-refundable, any cancellation, modification, or no-show will result in forfeiture of the payment. No refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of the payment.
5. The non-refundable payment policy applies to all guests, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
6. If you wish to change the dates of your stay, the non-refundable payment cannot be transferred to the new dates, unless the new dates fall within the same month of original booking. If rates are higher on new dates, that rate will be applied to your reservation. 
7. By proceeding with the booking and making the non-refundable deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
