- Above rate requires you to make a non-refundable deposit for your hotel booking and that you acknowledge that the deposit amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The amount of the non-refundable deposit will be equivalent to 25% of the total booking value. This amount will be charged to the card at time of booking.
- As the deposit is non-refundable, any cancellation, modification, or no-show will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount. No refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of the deposit.
- The remaining balance of the total booking cost, after deduction of the non-refundable deposit, must be paid according to the hotel's payment policy.
- The non-refundable deposit policy applies to all guests, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
- If you wish to change the dates of your stay, the non-refundable deposit cannot be transferred to the new dates, unless the dates fall within the same period of package availability.
- Upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, the hotel will provide a booking confirmation detailing the reservation dates, room type, deposit amount paid, and any other relevant information.
- Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as room service, mini-bar consumption, or damages, will be charged separately and are not covered by the non-refundable deposit.
- By proceeding with the booking and making the non-refundable deposit payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
