Walk through the Walled Garden

The Ardilaun kitchen garden was launched earlier in the Summer where the hotel teamed up with students from fourth class of Scoil Rois, Taylors Hill. A new kitchen garden has been planted up featuring globe artichokes, radishes, courgettes, rocket and various types of lettuce including a large array of herbs and uit like strawberries, raspberries, pears and rhubarb which are only some of the vegetables and fruit planted which play a role in the bistro menu at The Ardilaun Bistro.

We have gone back to locality and created menus that are inspired by the local producers who have some amazing products which we complement by creating dishes that showcase their products and the hard work they put in to produce them.
