BANKING FACILITIES

Banking facilities are available locally in Salth-ill. There is an ATM machine onsite located on the ground floor in the lobby.

ACCOMMODATION SERVICES

For general enquiries and in Case of Emergency Dial “0” for  our Reception Team.

Our accommodation department will be pleased to assist you with requests for additional toiletries, towels or bedding. We are pleased to provide mending kits, shoe polish or shaving kits. Please dial reception ‘0’ to re-quest.

CHECK OUT TIME

Check out time is 12 noon. Late check out may be available during your stay. Please arrange with reception on the night prior to your departure. An additional charge will apply.

BLAZERS BAR

Blazers bar is located on the ground floor, ad-jacent to the lobby area. We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of beverages including fine wines, cocktails, crafts beers which are locally sourced, speciality gins and whiskeys. We have an experienced bar team ready to assist with any questions you may have. Sporting events can be watched on our wide screen TVs.

The Ardilaun bistro:

All day menu     Monday – Sunday 12pm – 9pm

DINING

We are pleased to recommend The Camilaun restaurant and The Ardilaun Bistro as our dining options. Please see your key card envelope with our opening times or dial ‘0’ for reception. They will be happy to assist with your booking. We advise you to make a reservation when possible.

The Camilaun restaurant:

Breakfast       Monday – Friday 7:30am –10:30am / Saturday & Sunday 7:30am –10:30am

Dinner            Sunday – Thursday 6pm-8:45pm / Friday & Saturday 6:30pm-9pm

FIRST AID

Specific members of hotel personnel are qualified to administer first aid. Please contact reception if first aid is required - Dial '0' 

FIRE

The Ardilaun is equipped with an automatic fire detection system. In the interest of your own safety we ask that you familiarise yourself with the fire plan on the back of your bedroom door. For those who require assistance in the case of any emergency please hang your sign on the outside handle of your door.

Please refrain from using elevators in the event of a fire.

1. If you discover a fire: raise the alarm by either dialling reception & giving the operator the exact location of the fire or by breaking the glass of the nearest fire point which is situated in the corridor.

2. If you hear the fire alarm bell: leave the building immediately by the nearest fire exit as shown on the plan on the bedroom door. Close all doors behind you.

- DO NOT use the lift.

- DO NOT stop for any belongings.

- Assemble in the nearest assembly point.

- DO NOT re-enter hotel until instruct-ed by hotel management.

3. Before you go to bed, please make yourself familiar with the nearest means of escape in case of fire.  

GARDENS

Our carefully tended gardens portray a wood-land feel right through our lovely walkways and heated terraced area. Along with our woodland walkways, we pride ourselves on our lush greenery which has earned us the ‘Best Hotel Garden’ annually since 2003. We have recently introduced the Ardilaun Celebration Garden, which makes a stunning backdrop for photo opportunities. While exploring our woodland area, be sure to visit our enchanting fairy garden. The fairy experts advise to tip toe and stay really quiet while searching for fairies. Fairy trail maps are avail-able at reception. 

Garden Games: During the Summer months, typically May to September, we have a number of 'Garden Games' available for our younger guests to play with. These can include: Giant Connect Four, Corn Hole, Swing Ball and Pickle Ball. *Please note that the availability of these games is subject to weather conditions on the day. 

INTERNET ACCESS

To connect to our hotels wi-fi network, just select 'Ardilaun Guest' in the wi-fi options on your device. To register, please follow the prompts provided on the log-in screen. Located on the ground floor between the reception and the restaurant, complimentary use of computer with internet access is available. If you need something printed out, please contact our reception staff and they will be happy to help you.

LEISURE CLUB

The Ardilaun leisure club is located on the ground floor adjacent to reception. Facilities include an 18m pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, hydro pool and fitness suite.

Monday – Friday              9am-12:30pm & 1:30pm-7pm (until 8pm on Fri-days)

LUGGAGE

Our porterage team is always available to as-sist you with your luggage. We will be happy to hold your luggage in storage free of charge. Please contact reception directly if you would like to avail of this service.

NON-SMOKING BEDROOMS

All bedrooms are non-smoking & we would appreciate that you respect this. Any breach of this regulation will incur a fine of €150 will be added onto your room bill.

PHARMACY, DOCTORS & HOSPITALS

Information available at reception - Dial '0' to speak with our Reception Team.

POSTAGE

All out going post is collected daily from reception at 10am by our postal service.

ROOM SERVICE

14 hour room service is available. Breakfast room service is available with a breakfast order card. Day room service menu is available be-tween 12 noon – 9pm. Please dial ‘649’ to place your order for day room service. Tray charge of €6 euro applies. Outside of these hours please dial ‘0’ for reception.

TELEPHONE

For an outside line please dial ‘9’, all call charges to outside lines will be automatically added to your bill.

TRAVEL & TRANSPORT

Free-phone taxi service is available at the reception desk. For local transport & scenic tours, our reception staff will be delighted to help, with local bicycle hire also available up-on request – a great way to explore Galway & its environs on the Wild Atlantic Way.

TOURIST INFORMATION

Leaflets and information are available for guest use beside the lift adjacent to of The Camila-un restaurant.
