Welcome to Maggie's
We are delighted to introduce you to Maggie's Snug at the Ardilaun Hotel!

Maggie's has been one of our many projects and additions to the hotel during the Covid-19 lockdown, utilising our spacious environment to bring our guest a safe and comfortable experience right here in Taylor's hill.

Maggie's project was inspired during lockdown as proprietor Maggie Ryan, who kept our team fed and energised with her amazing homemade baked goods (especially everyone's favourite sticky toffee pudding).

At Maggie's, you will find a very warm welcome with offerings of fine Italian coffees, tasty home-made cakes and pastries made in house every day by our dedicated pastry team!

We are offering Miscela d'Oro coffee at Maggie’s, originally developed in Sicily by founders Umberto and Emanuela, who worked tirelessly to ensure that each bean used in their blend was of the highest quality. After a period of more than 70 years, Miscela d'Oro has come up with a range of highly refined and elegant blends, made available to almost every continent of the world.
