Held at the stunning 4-star Ardilaun Hotel in Galway, this all-inclusive weekend promises a full schedule of cosplay panels, workshops, games, and photoshoots in a relaxing, immersive setting.

Enjoy a tabletop RPGs and card game night on Saturday evening. Whether you're looking to bring your tiefling warlock to a D&D one-shot table or challenge your friends in a game of Magic The Gathering, they'll be an option for everyone!

Kick things off with icebreakers and a cozy themed movie night with fellow attendees.

Single Room: Looking to have a room to yourself? Then the single room all-inclusive package is perfect for you. Book for €360.00

Double/Twin Rooms: Booking with a friend? The double/twin ticket is €270 per person (€540 total for two). Both tickets must be booked together directly with the hotel.

How do I book a ticket?

Tickets can be secured by calling The Ardilaun Hotel directly and mentioning that you're booking for the Cosplay Getaway Event. Keep an eye on the social media pages of The Ardilaun Hotel, The Cosplay Commune, and the West of Ireland Cosplay Community for the official tickets release date.

How does the double/twin all-inclusive ticket work?

The double/twin ticket is for those travelling in a pair that are looking to share a room. This ticket is €270.00 per person but when booking the room, both participants must pay together for a total of €540.00.

Will you cater for Dietary Requirements?

Yes. All included catering will have options for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs and any other dietary requirements. Those with all-inclusive tickets will be asked prior to the event if they will require alternatives to the set meal plans.

Will the event be wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, the event will not be wheelchair accessible. There are a minimum of 8 steps that need to be ascended to access the panel rooms for the event. This is an issue we are planning to address for future events and we apologise for the inconvenience.
