September 2027 Cancellation Policy
For all room bookings made for stays between 6 September 2027 and 30 September 2027, different cancellation terms apply. Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions carefully before making your booking.
Booking Deposit
A 30% deposit of the total accommodation value is required at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
Final Payment
The remaining 70% balance must be paid 14 days prior to arrival. The outstanding balance will be automatically charged to the payment card provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the 30% deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival, including failure to arrive, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total accommodation value.
Amendments
Any amendments or reductions to a reservation are subject to availability and may be subject to the above payment and cancellation conditions.
