There are two main conference suites, the Connacht Suite, which can host up to 550 delegates in theatre style. This room has also been used for exhibitions, launches and fashion shows. The second is the Glenarde Suite and can cater for up to 180 delegates in theatre style.

The Ardilaun offers some of the best conference facilities in Galway, including 2 main function rooms, 7 syndicate rooms, a dedicated boardroom, a business center with catering for up to 400 guests for a gala dinner, complimentary broadband, 125 bedrooms, and free parking for 300 cars, with a capacity for up to 650 delegates.
