Terms & Conditions
Our standard cancellation policy for bedrooms states that we need 2 days notice of cancellation. Check in time is 4 pm onward, you need to notify us of cancellations before 2.30 pm 2 days before your scheduled arrival date.
If you provide us with 48 hours notice you will not be charged any fine for cancelling. However, if for any reason you cannot provide 48 hours notice of cancellation, we will charge your credit/debit card the equivalent rate of your first night’s stay.
There are occasions when your cancellation policy may be more than 48 hours. In this case, you will be informed of such policy and will be asked to agree to it.
Every effort has been made to ensure the rates are correct online, however if an error has occurred we will contact you and offer the best possible alternative as soon as possible.
